The country which is known for its beautiful Indian Women, many traditions and unique culture in all over the world. Being a confluence of diverse cultures, India has absorbed different styles of clothing and fashion from across the world. Indians have a unique advantage with regard to fashion accessories. We do not have to worry about whether our accessories go with our dress or keep up with the current trends in the fashion world. All we have to do is adapt our traditional accessories to go with our attire And You will be standing out of the crowd. The jewellery which makes a woman more beautiful and gorgeous. Some traditional Indian fashion accessories that will make you look unique. Pair them with a Saree, variety of outfits, like skirts, Kutras, palazzos, jeans and onepiece, .Let us take a look at some more unknown and amazing scientific reasons behind our traditional ornaments. Only in Hindu culture there is a tradition of wearing ornaments all over the body, such as the head, hair, ears, nose, neck, arms, hands, fingers, waist and feet. but, each and every ornaments give the specific health benefits to prove by many scientific research..

Normally, we see women wearing gold ornaments on the upper part of the body and silver ornaments on the lower part of the body. According to scientific principles, silver reacts well with the Earth’s energy, while gold reacts well with the body’s energy and aura. Therefore, silver is worn as anklets or toe rings while gold is used to adorn the upper parts of the body.
The science behind putting gajara on hair bun-Let’s start from Gajara (Festoon or flower garland)w Gajara is symbol of good luck. When a woman wears Gajara (flower) on her hair, are a symbol of love, good luck, happiness and prosperity, it is believed that it will bring happiness to her household.
The science behind Maangtika -Which is worn on head.It is said to control the level of heat in the body. the mantika falling on the centre of the forehead. The point where it falls is believed to be the Ajna chakra, which in Sanskrit means “to know or perceive”. The chakra is represented by two petals signifying the holy union of male and female on a spiritual, physical and emotional level.
The science behind Applying Sindooror kumkum or Vermillion- in Indian culture sindoor denotes divine blessings for married women. Application of sindoor by married women carries a physiological significance, because sindoor is prepared by turmeric, lime and the metal mercury. Mercury controls blood pressure and also activates sexual drives. Sindoor should be applied right up to the pituitary gland where all our feelings are centered. Sindoor activates the pituitary and pineal gland, so that the body and mind of a married women could function better. Applying the red vermilion also activates the chakras in the forehead and on the crown, which attracts cosmic and pranic energy.Mercury is also known for removing stress and strain.

The science behind Applying bindi – On the forehead, between the two eyebrows, is a spot that is considered as a major nerve point inhuman body since ancient times. The Tilak is believed to prevent the loss of “energy”, the red ‘kumkum’ between the eyebrows is said to retain energy in the human body and control the various levels of concentration. The point where the ears of a baby are pierced is known for curing asthma. Earrings actually have a very beneficial function. Wearing earrings has an acupuncture-effect on the body.
The science behind wearing Mangalsutra and Necklaces- Let me tell you the scientific & spiritual reasons behind Mangalsutra. According to scriptures, the Mangalsutra attracts a lot of positive and divine energy.Mangalsutra is an auspicious thread mostly made in gold as an identifiable mark for married women. The gold wire of the Mangalsutra destroys the distressing vibrations present in the Universe through its Energy of the Absolute Fire element. The black color of the beads is said to absorb all negative vibrations This too is believed to regularize a woman’s blood circulation. This is also said to control the body pressure levels to a maximum extent, as Indian women tend to work hard. Advised it should always be hidden.
